All testing is in compliance with State/Federal guidelines
Food and drink prior to blood test may affect results
Authorizations are required for:
- Blood Draw
- Lab to send results to the embryo adoption agency or repro-med doctor's office
- Observation of labeling & sealing of specimen containers
Copy of the lab I.D. slip with authorization and an American Red Cross pamphlet on AIDS may be provided by the examiner
