Anonymous Egg Donor: Loves animals...dogs in particular, and rescues greyhounds. She loves to sew, and enjoys reading mysteries, while eating cookies. Loves the out-of-doors, and is very active, but not athletic. She enjoys hiking, rock climbing, camping-especially snow camping. She loves music, and loves to dance. She enjoys classical music and country western, and is very proficient with a recorder, and also plays at the piano, and sings. Her entire family is very musical.

Bio Dad: enjoyed a great deal of mountain biking, cross country biking, running, down-hill, cross-country, and skate skiing. He enjoys camping and the out-of-doors, and frequenting good restaurants (before kids). He loves to read, and is always reading. He is a history buff, but also reads a variety of novels, migrating towards elegant writing as a preference. He also enjoys spending a great deal of time researching, researching, researching. As a child, he read encyclopedias!
One of bio dad's greatest talents is that he has an incredible singing voice. He gets asked regularly to sing in situations where a crooning voice is wanted. On one occasion, he was singing around a voice teacher and got invited to go to Switzerland to sing in an opera.

Info about embies available:
# in storage Started with 11 now 4 are remaining7 embryos (with twin boys conceived) the recipient now donating has hypothyrodism and was not treated for this during her transfers, which may have attriubuted to her not getting pregnant
# of days old they are Lab work available (donors state they are all blasts)
quality if you know it Lab work available donors state they are excellent quality
when were they stored 1999
how many babies were conceived from this procedure Donors chose to let all embryos develop to blastocyst phase. Not sure how many eggs they started with maybe 23 (?). Fourteen (14) made it to blastocyst stage. While they prepared for the transfer one hatched so that it could not be transferred, leaving 13. They transferred two (IVF). Both resulted in live births. There were 11 remaining- 7 were used by adopters with 4 now remaining. The embryologist said that they were the highest quality of embryos he had ever seen. Egg Donor has amazing eggs.
anything else? Egg donor donated to a total of 4 couples. Only one embryo did not turn into a live birth. So, out of 8 embryos transferred, 7 resulted in live births as of 1999.

One twin was injured in a medical accident at the age of 10 months and has Pervasive Developmental Delay Not Otherwise Specified. (PDD/NOS)

Egg donor was left handed
The clinic did not provide a picture of her. Donors state they were able to see three pictures of egg donor "Amy" when she was small, but had to return them.

Donors
have more to share about the egg donor- she is a really good amature artist and loved pastels, has a terrific sense of humor--was very quick-witted--always making people laugh and is fairly voluptuous

Cryostorage requested (contacting clinic for balance due)
